I believe success in real estate is measured not just by sales volume, but by client satisfaction and results. Every real estate market is different, and national and local economic shifts affect buyers, sellers, and Realtors alike. Through changing market conditions, I’ve consistently remained a top-performing Realtor by staying focused on what matters most—my clients.
As a Northeast Georgia Realtor with over 12 years of experience, I’m committed to providing attentive, personalized service. While professional growth is important to me, it will never come at the expense of care, integrity, or dedication. Each family’s experience is more meaningful than any sales statistic.
During my eight years with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, I have helped 95 families successfully buy and sell homes across Northeast Georgia. These transactions include representative neighborhoods such as:
Apalachee Falls, Griffeth Manor, and Thorn Brook in Bethlehem;
Chateau Forest, Deer Creek Farms, and Twin Lakes in Hoschton;
Heather Estates in Statham;
Ashebrooke, Pinnacle Oaks, and Westlyn in Winder;
Post Oak Glen and Sawnee View Farms in Cumming;
Hedgerows, Little Mill Estates, and Sardis Falls in Buford;
Apalachee Farms Clubview, Apalachee Woods, Archer Place, Carlton Chase, Dacula Crossing, Dacula Oaks, Grove Park, Chattahoochee Cove, and Forest Manor North in Dacula;
Briar Pointe, Cedar Oak, Henson Square, Jackson Township, Kensington Creek, McKendree Park, Meadow Trace, Melrose, Rivershire, Saratoga Springs, The Fielding, and Towne Park in Lawrenceville;
Haynes Creek, Ozora Lake, Patterson Lake, and Shannon Lake in Loganville; Mill Creek Trace in Sugar Hill;
Brynfield in Suwanee;
Compass Pointe and Lancaster in Flowery Branch;
The Reserve at Oak Station in Oakwood;
Belmont Hills in Commerce;
Spratlin Estates in Jefferson;
and The Falls of Stockton Farm in Pendergrass.
In 2025, I helped several families buy and sell homes at the same time—transactions that require strategic planning, careful timing, and protection of earnest money. These included new construction timelines and off-market opportunities, allowing for smoother transitions and fewer disruptions.
I began my real estate career before the Great Financial Crisis and have now helped over 200 families in total. After a brief break to pursue a corporate leadership role, I returned to real estate with renewed focus and commitment. The years 2021 and 2022 were particularly strong, including $7.5 million in sales in 2022, and 2025 has remained solid despite shifting market conditions.
Today’s housing market is more balanced than the immediate post-COVID years, offering buyers and sellers the opportunity to negotiate fair, mutually beneficial agreements. Whether you are purchasing your first home, selling a property, buying and selling simultaneously, or simply exploring your options, I’m here to help.
My goal for 2026 is to assist 30 families with successful real estate transitions across Northeast Georgia.
